Yanti Michael Greene; Michael Moretti Ford Cruz fought for his innocence for 5 years as he was falsely accused, slandered and sued in NYS Supreme Civil Court, falsely accused of sexually assaulting a woman who aggressively sexually pursued him. He legally changed his name as he endured being slandered in the media by reporters who were paid off, a judge who's husband worked directly with the false accusers lawyer and received financial contributions from the false accusers lawyer and a legal team that falsified evidence and lied in sworn statements. On day 2 of 4 days at the civil trial, as Greene was about to present a female judge and eyewitness to the accusers lies, the accusers legal team asked to speak with the judge. The trial was halted and within an hour a confidential agreement was agreed upon and all matters against Greene were dismissed. Greene asked the judge to punish the accuser and her legal team, however, the judge stated Greene had not filed that request within the legal time frame to submit such a request and therefore the judge could not take such action against his false accuser and her legal team.
